NCGA Membership Applications
Thanks for your interest in vending at NCGA Farmers' Markets! Applications are always open for Ag vendors, and we accept Non-Ag vendors for our weekday markets on a rolling basis, depending on available space. Non-Ag vendor applications for the Arcata Market open in mid February each year, with a March 1st deadline.

- The Non-Ag application window is now closed for the Arcata Plaza 2026 Season.
- New Non-Ag vendors: Please do not fill out the application forms if they have not been shared with you directly by NCGA.
- Applications may take up to two weeks to process.
Application Process
- All vendors must register and apply on Manage My Market for each NCGA market they plan to attend.* (Tutorial for how to set up a Manage My Market Profile.)
- All vendors must also fill out the additional NCGA application form.
- All Prepared Food & Grocery Vendors must also fill out an ingredient sourcing form and upload to your Manage My Market profile licenses section.

- Membership Checklist: See all the basics you need to attend NCGA Farmers' Markets.
- Arcata Business License: This is a blank application primarily for new applicants. If you already have a business license you should receive a renewal form with your member packet. Use this form if you have misplaced your renewal. Don't forget to sign before sending in!

- Farmers' Market Rules and Regulations
Agricultural Members:
- Non-Certified Ag Affidavit: Use this form if you are selling a non-certified ag product, like meat or dairy. This must be turned in to NCGA like a Certified Producer's Certificate.
- Second Producer: Use this form if you are an Agricultural Member who has a second agricultural producer listed on your Certified Producer's Certificate, or if you are listed on another producer's CPC.
Non-Agricultural Members:
