2025 Music Applications for the Arcata Plaza market have closed
Thanks for your interest in playing at the Arcata Plaza market! We received over 70 applications to play at the market this year. The application will open again next January for the 2026 season.
Music at NCGA Weekday Farmers' Markets
Some of our weekday markets also have live music!
These markets run May - October (see specific market pages for exact dates).
These spaces are ideal for solo artists and smaller bands. Since the music is located very close to our vendors, we prefer music music that is upbeat, but not overpowering as vendors will still need to hear their customers.
No explicitly political or religious messaging or profanity is allowed. Band related merchandise sales and tips are allowed. Electricity is available, but musicians must provide their own sounds equipment and any tables or chairs.
