Non-profit tables at Farmers' markets
Thank you for your interest in participating in our farmers’ markets! The mission of our markets is to provide opportunities for local farmers to market their goods directly to consumers, as well as free educational opportunities for the community. We happily provide space for local non-profits (state or federally recognized) and public service agencies to provide educational information and promote local events, however our markets are not fundraising opportunities for nonprofits. No donation collection or sales of any kind are allowed, although free promotional items are permissible. Other health department and Certified Farmers’ Market policies also apply.
If you are interested in participating please complete the form below at least two weeks prior to the date of the market(s) you plan to attend. Please note that Arcata off-plaza markets for special events (Kinetics, Oysterfest, North Country Fair) do not have space to accommodate tablers. You must bring all of your own materials including tables and chairs. If you would like to bring a canopy please do not put stakes in the grass (at the Arcata Plaza specifically). Tabling space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly. If you have any questions, feel free to call.
Farmers' Markets that welcome tablers (June-October):
Arcata Plaza (Saturdays 9-2), Note: we do not have space for tablers during our Winter Market on the Plaza
Old Town (Tuesdays 10-1),
Henderson Center (Thursdays 10-1),
McKinleyville (Thursdays 3-6),
Willow Creek (Thursdays 4:30-7:30),
Fortuna (Tuesdays 3-6)
We do not coordinate non-profit tables at the Friday Night Market. For information about that event, email: info@visiteureka.com
