 Description:
5 Acre property available for lease in central Mckinleyville (flat land) 1.5 acres is cleared flat land with a 30X100 greenhouse that has no plastic at the moment. 

Tools: Tractor (case international 255) with a tine tiller and brush hog.



​Owner’s Short Term Vision for the Property: ​ Lease for cash with a responsible seasoned farmer who can be mindful of the hosting families needs for clear communication and cooperation. 

Owner’s Long Term Vision for the Property:   Owner is open to an eventual lease for cash with additional work trade possibilities after long term trust and agreement building has been established.

Current Use:  The main site (1.5) acres is currently unused but mowed for maintenance. The area east of the main cultivation site is unused and unmowed with 4 ft high brush. Much of this extended area is scattered seasonal wetlands. The area of land west of the main cultivation site is reserved for the use of the family, but the tenant is welcome to use the small storage shed. The storage shed will mark as the border of where the land the farmer tenant leases begins. The tenant is welcome to farm the land east of the shed, preferably starting with the main cultivation site that contains the greenhouse.
