Follow along with Humboldt County Office of Education Harvest of the Month!
The Humboldt County Office of Education (HCOE) welcomes you to their Harvest of the Month resources. Each month HCOE creates positive experiences for students to taste and learn about new foods with their friends, focusing mainly on fruits and veggies. They feature items from the local region as much as possible. Here you will find a variety of materials they have created to support the implementation of Harvest of the Month in the classroom, afterschool, home and garden settings.
